Hauling Platform (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides dispatch and ticketing tools for general contractors, hauling operators, and drivers. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It also covers our SMS messaging campaign and the specific commitments we make about your mobile number.

SMS messaging — campaign disclosures

No mobile-number sharing. Mobile phone numbers and consent to receive SMS messages from Hauling Platform are never shared, sold, or transferred to any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. Information you share with us as part of the SMS program will not be shared with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your account activity. You can typically expect up to 10 messages per week related to dispatch updates, ticket signatures, verification codes, and account notifications.
Message and data rates may apply. Standard message-and-data rates from your wireless carrier may apply to every message we send or you send to us. Hauling Platform does not charge for messages, but your mobile carrier’s standard rates and fees will apply.

You can opt out of the SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any message. You can request help at any time by replying HELP. For assistance you can also email us at support@li-app.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How we share information

We share information only with vendors strictly necessary to run the service (e.g., Google Firebase for authentication and data storage, Twilio for SMS delivery), and only as needed to provide those functions. We do not sell personal information, and as stated above, we do not share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Data retention

We retain account and dispatch records for as long as your account is active, plus the period required by applicable tax, accounting, and legal obligations. You can request deletion of your account data by emailing support@li-app.com.
