Privacy Policy
Hauling Platform (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides dispatch and ticketing tools for general contractors, hauling operators, and drivers. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It also covers our SMS messaging campaign and the specific commitments we make about your mobile number.
SMS messaging — campaign disclosures
You can opt out of the SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any message. You can request help at any time by replying HELP. For assistance you can also email us at support@li-app.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Information we collect
- Your name, mobile phone number, and account role (general contractor, operator, driver, or LI administrator).
- Company profile information you provide (company name, address, branding assets).
- Dispatch and ticket activity (orders, work tickets, signatures, photos, locations) generated while using the platform.
- Device and usage information needed to operate the service (app version, OS, crash logs, approximate location when explicitly enabled).
How we use information
- To deliver the core dispatch, ticketing, and reporting features you sign up for.
- To send verification codes and operational SMS notifications, as described above.
- To secure accounts and prevent abuse (rate limits, anti-fraud).
- To support and communicate with you about your account.
How we share information
We share information only with vendors strictly necessary to run the service (e.g., Google Firebase for authentication and data storage, Twilio for SMS delivery), and only as needed to provide those functions. We do not sell personal information, and as stated above, we do not share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Data retention
We retain account and dispatch records for as long as your account is active, plus the period required by applicable tax, accounting, and legal obligations. You can request deletion of your account data by emailing support@li-app.com.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any SMS to opt out; reply HELP for assistance.
- Request access, correction, or deletion of your account data.
- Manage device permissions (location, notifications) in your OS settings.
